Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using VastuNomy's website, apps or services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

VastuNomy provides Vastu consultancy, property measurement and directional analysis, Vastu reports, expert consultations and Vedic astrology guidance for homes and businesses. Vastu and astrology analysis is based on traditional Indian principles and is provided for educational and advisory purposes only. VastuNomy does not claim scientific validity and reports should not be the sole basis for real-estate, financial, medical, legal or personal decisions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Phone numbers may be verified via OTP; standard SMS charges may apply.
Provide accurate information; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Razorpay under its own terms and its RBI payment-aggregator licence. VastuNomy does not store your card or bank details.
Subscription plans, where offered, renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For any payment dispute, please email grievance@vastunomy.com before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay; we aim to resolve issues within 15 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or tamper with the Service, upload illegal or infringing content, or circumvent any security control. Violations may result in suspension and, where warranted, legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you upload (measurements, floor plans) remains yours; you grant VastuNomy a licence to process it to deliver the Service. The VastuNomy app, report templates, branding and specific analysis implementation are the property of VastuNomy and may not be copied or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VastuNomy is not liable for decisions made based on Vastu or astrology reports, and total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chhattisgarh. Before any legal action you agree to first email grievance@vastunomy.com and allow 30 days for resolution.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on this page or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
